Appalling Service

I have requested quotes to compare prices, to my surprise I am being sent and overdue email for quoted items. I have paid for the items that i need, it three days later and my order is not delivered. They do not even bother to sent me an update of what is happening or when i should expect my order. Only Mellissa seems to know what she is doing in the entire company, she is on leave and nothing is happening. I have indicated that they should refund my order should they not submit by 12h00 today, it is 21h10 and nothing has been said. How appalling.
