5 days and counting - still no delivery

My gas were all too eager to send a quote for delivery and refills of my 3 gas cylinders. After making a prompt payment on 10th May and sending payment confirmation, I was told by the sales rep that delivery would take place the following day. Thursday 11th came and went, no delivery, no response from the sales rep. Eventually msg received saying delivery would happen on Friday 12th - Nothing. It’s now Monday 15th and still no delivery. The office numbers supp**** on the website just ring endlessly and the sales rep has been impossible to reach. He eventually responded to say that I “should” receive delivery tomorrow because logistics are backed up. They never mentioned anything about backlogs when they took my money. What’s worse is that they claim: “delivering world-class customer experience is not a goal but part of our culture” - laughable, but my own fault for not reading these reviews first. Lesson learned! Will never deal with my gas again.
