Paid for goods and never recieved it

we bought a cell phone from this company, as advertised over the Internet. We paid and they took the order. They then contacted us saying that the phone was out of stock. They then tried to push us into buying the next model up, paying the difference into a personal account. we refused and said that we would wait. The cell phone was removed from their website. A few weeks later the cell phone was back on the website for the same price we paid. I then contacted them, and they said that they would deliver the phone in 3 days. They then came back to me to say that the phone was more then we paid and we needed to pay an extra R 400--00. I refused and now they are not answering my e-mails. Have a funny feeling we just got ****med.
