No delivery/money paid!!!!

I ordered from them over a week ago and paid nearly R2000 for products. I received a shipment confirmation on the 29/08/2018. I have not received any goods at this stage (and their delivery policy states 2-3 days). I have sent numerous emails to ********** and received NO replies!!!!! Does anyone know of any other way to contact them?
