My fit store sell knock off products

They advertised a product with the pictures and gave details on their purchases and refund policies and also confirmed an overnight delivery service. I ordered, paid immediately but waited 5 days for my product. R709 later the product they sent me was completely different from the item advertised. It had the same name but it was a knock off product in a completely different package than what was advertised. I emailed them to ask for a refund. They never responded. They have ignored me completely. Please be warned, never buy from these *******. They advertise with other people's marketing material, bill you the full value of the original product, make you wait 5 days for delivery and then ignore you when you request a refund. I do believe in karma and what they doing to me and others will come back to them!
