My Fit Store does not reply to customer emails

I have had a shocking experance after numerous emails to which I got no reply I still dont know when my order will be delivered. I paid for my order and it was confirmed completed and shipped on the 27/06/2018. I have asked numerous times who will deliver but no reply no courier name or tracking no was given. Their delivery policy say I will get notified and be given a tracking no so I can track my own order no such thing happened and as per their policy delivery will happen between 2 -4 days. I am in Pretoria so I do not see any reason for the none delivery. I hope I have not lost my money!!!!!
