My first store extremely bad services delivery.

I purchased goods on myfitstore online and have not yet received my goods or an email with tracking number for my goods..I have written them 3 emails already with no response or any answers as to what is going on with my goods paid for in full..it has now been 2 weeks already where they say it might take up to 4 days to have goods delivered I feel that they are running a **** and should be investigated by someone to see what exactly is going on things get paid and they have no physical contact number only am email which none of their employees even have a decency to answer when written to. Please could someone let me know if they have dealt with company and if they have a direct contact number for them?
