Terrible Client Service.

Terrible service. Did not know what she was doing with root canal. Due to her negligence she had to spend more time on root canal. Face swelled up that she wanted me to go to her mom that is a dentist at Tygerberg. I was given an amount to settle out of pocket as they only sent invoice out to medical aid what they covered, to get a threatening SMS from the visit in 2024 that i will handed over if i don't pay the extra short fall on top of what they told me I had to pay out pocket. Bad business practice and lack of experience doing dental work. Worried more about the money than patient. It is 2026 and only doing her "financials" now.
