possible food poisioning at my diners gateway

we placed our order for butter paneer, just to confirm with the order because we couldn't understand due to his accent , we asked the waiter if the paneer gravy was yellow in colour and he said yes. when the waiter arrived with our order we noticed it wasn't the right order so we asked him to change it and he refused at which I called the manager and laid a complaint, he did change it and did not even apologise, neither did the waiter. the waiter arrived with our new order and had a bad attitude with us and told us the manager will be putting the wrong order bill on his name which we did not need to know since it wasn't our mistake. after some time we all felt sick and could not eat it, this resulted when I threw up at work on the 20th December 2015.
