Dissatisfied with service at My Diners Claremont

I have had an absolutely terrible service experience at My Diners Claremont.I arrived from Johannesburg on morning of 29 August and went straight to work.It was an exhausting day and I decided to try My Diners. I ordered a takeaway prawn chaat,Plain Naan and two Rotis.When I got home I was extremely dissappointed with the meal, the prawns in the chaat were more the size of shrimps, the rotis were extremely small, the naan bread was more like an Arabian bread.I later asked the rest of my family to taste and give me their opinion of the meal and they felt exactly the same.It was by now to late to contact My Diner so I contacted them the next day.They asked me to return the meal which was still three quarters lefy of what the original meal was. I was at work and explained that I was not prepared to go from work, home to collect the meal and the return to Claremont.The effort, cost and time involved would not make sense.The man I spoke to Abbas requested a Pic of the dish which I sent as well as the "Naan".He then asked if he could replace the meal and if I wanted beef or chicken. Since I do not eat much beef and only free range chicken I requested a similar protein but preferably a grilled option.It was replaced at 21h30 that evening and believe it or not a prawn curry "shrimp again" with a potato one big piece of potato in it. No Naan or roti. We did not eat the meal. Never seen a meal like itNext day again I complained, once again a pic was requested and I sent the Pic. Abbas wanted to know what he could do and I told him what I had requested as a substitute he told me to come to My Diners to sort it out.On Saturday 05 September I messaged them to refund me. I got a call from Abbas screaming at me that he had given me two curries and what would I like him to do. He will not refund. I said then replace it with the grilled prawns I initially requested and he was even more irate and said that cost far too much.I told him he did not need to give me the full portion but just what my money was worth.He became very aggressive on the phone and I just cut the call.
