Assault on an employee

The owner of My Diners in South Beach, Durban, is completely unprofessional. He hit an employee for merely going outside for a smoke break. His reasoning was because he went outside with a dirty dishcloth that would be in view of customers. The workers are also fined R50 for going outside which I am sure is completely not legal. I don’t know, but this seems like a complete violation of human right and is utterly disgusting that an employer would ever lay their hands on an employee. Please share far and wide. My Diners in South Beach, in Durban is a NO NO!!!!!
