I need refund

I purchased a Samsung washing machine 15kg on 25 March 2020 online from mydigitalstore they could not be able to deliver then because of a lockdown..it’s approaching the third month now since I had purchased the machine but have not delivered my machine yet....I have sent an email to *** to request for a refund since it’s been too long but have not received any feedback from them they don’t even call to explain what’s the holdup.
