Your Debt Hero is not a Hero at all.

Very very bad service and rude consultants. They were over eager and full of promises when they helped me to sign up, not telling me that I couldn't cancel it, should I change my mind. I don't have any bad debt, neither was I in arrears with any payments. I tried cancelling, within a couple of hours, when I realized that it was actually for individuals over debted and not able to pay their monthly installments. I was threatened by a consultant and told there was no way I could cancel and had to go to court, which was going to cost me a lot of money. How can you not cancel something like debt review after a couple of hours if you don't have bad debt? I have been communicating with 3 individuals from this company to try and cancel this, but now, I am being ignored. Don't ever click on their button, as you will regret it!

Good day Jaco. The NCR guidelines state that when a consumer applies for debt review the information must be submitted to the credit bureau. If a consumer is not over indebted the "flag" may be removed and it the process that you will need to follow. Our office will contact you shortly.
