Wrongly harrassed by My Debt Hero consultant

I was called 8 times today, by the same consultant. The first time, he asked for a specefic person to which I innitially, calmly and politely, told him that I am not the person he is looking for, and that there is no such person connected to this number at all.

He kept asking for this person, and asking who I am, to which I again, politely at first, said that I am not comfortable telling him and that it does not matter anyway.

He called me back 7 more times asking the same questions and refusing to accept my responses.

He also refused to tell me the name od the company he is calling from (which I then found out myself), he also refused to tell me his name, and he also refused to let me speak to his supervisor or his manager! After I kept insisting that he tell me his name and the name of the company he is calling from, he eventually hung up on me.

I find this incredibly unprofessional, I consider it harrassment, and if I am not mistaken, possibly even ******* to refuse to provide the information such as where he is calling from etc, unless this company has policy allowing this, which I doubt.
