worst service

Im in their dept review program, they assured me i will not be contacted by creditors. After a while they told me my home loan account was increased. i agreed but now im getting semons from Nedbank home loans. I have been calling them since last week, not able to get through to anyone except an answering machine that says someone will call me back but to date no one has called me back
