Worst

Honestly the worst company. I approached them for help, they called me back made alot of empty promises.

The guy Shalin Williams. Apparently a manager, explained the process and I told him *** is way to much to deduct. He told me they would reduce it by the end of the week to ***.

He told me someone from the admin will call and arrange that.

I then got a call from Ernest who said there is no notes of the Shalin character, I told him he must go speak to that guy and come back when the installment is reduced.

No feedback from anyone at all Ive messages sharing numerous time who keeps saying someone will call and no one does.

Ernest never called back either. I then got emailed about my salary and calculation and this is completely wrong. They made my income more than it was said to be. I queried this and no feedback.

Also I was told this process will take 3 years but it shows in their forms it will go to 2040?

I called to the business but can't speak to anyone.

I want to cancel everything. As their ads are misleading and they unreachable. Id rather struggle with my debt than be **** to and ****** from
