Very unhappy with My Debt Hero
Am very unhappy with what My Debt Hero is doing, they promised to help me manage my debt but they just made it worse by taking the money from my account but not paying full amount to ABSA now the bank is calling me saying am in areas. Now I have to make the arrangement to pay the money which I don't have. The bank cancelled my account from My Debt Hero, but debt hero did not inform about that
