Very Frustrated

I am very disappointed with My Debt Hero. The sales person (Joseph Jansen) was persistent in me using MDH - his initial quote was around the same amount i was Paying my creditors directly. I told him that amount was not helpful - he then came back with the lower offer.

The bank has 3 months down the line not accepted MDHs offer

I cannot believe after all the paperwork and tiresome administration we are right back at where we started!!
