Very Disappointed with My Debt Hero

I have experienced poor service before, but My Debt Hero takes the cake.

The sales process started with promises that turned out to be untrue. Once I was signed up, I discovered that most of my account information was incorrect. To make matters worse, around 90% of my creditors continue to contact me because they were apparently never properly informed that I am under debt review.

I have sent numerous emails and made several attempts to get assistance, but I receive little to no support. Communication is extremely poor, and resolving issues seems impossible.

I expected professional guidance and assistance, but instead I have been left frustrated and stressed. I cannot recommend My Debt Hero based on my experience.
