Very disappointed/ dissatisfied

Am extremely dissatisfied with the way my query is being handled,first all I was just looking at my options doing research..they didn't explained it properly..iv sending them countless emails asking for to cancel this application as all my accounts are up-to-date but with no luck, iv been calling the contect number requesting for an agent to call back but till now no response from them they been debating and iv haven't even supported any documents or have given them any approval to do so. I WANT THIS TO BE CANCELED IMMEDIATELY AND I WANT A REF FUND
