Very CONCERNED CUSTOMER

I've been trying to get my case manager to contact me regarding my account. My debt hero says that I haven't made payment for the end of July and the last payment they received was in June. I've sent numerous requests for someone to contact me but no response from anybody at My Debt Hero. I keep getting case tickets announcement but nobody phones.me. I've sent them the pop for payment made at the end of July but nobody responds or contacts me. This is very concerning. My creditors are contacting me daily and I don't have answers for them as nobody at my debt hero responds to my mails or calls me. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!
