Verbal communication to and from My Debt Hero was challenging

Verbal communication to and from My Debt Hero was challenging. My debt Hero took very long to respond to verbal telephone calls. Every time I spoke to the call centre, they said the matter was escalated but nobody responded to my query. I was in the dark about what was happening. Trying to speak to the consultant who handled my review, was impossible. The call centre said they forwarded a message for the consultant to call me back but the consultant never phoned me back.
