USELESS COMMUNICATION AND MORE STRESS WITH THEM THAN WITHOUT

I joined under the guise that they would assist me in managing my debt and help lower the interest on the credit cards. Regardless of what i was told RACHAEL who is my account manager has really never helped, takes AGES before replying and NEVER actually giving me the answer to my question. I see all these positive reviews & people actually getting help and that's all i wanted but never have. I request a new Account Manager or just terminate my whole process with you and I will continue to manage my debt on my own. Because this has caused me WAY more stress than i've ever had before.
