Unwise to be trusting!

I have had the worst service and experience with this company. As a Consumer, I am disappointed that what I thought would lead to lower monthly installments is actually unknowingly signing an application for Debt Review. The last time I checked, according to the National Credit Act only a registered Debt Counsellor can do that. Funny story the two "debt specialists" that assisted me did not mention a thing about Debt review. Just that they could help with lowering the monthly installment. Maybe they are assisting some consumers but definitely not me.
