Unsatisfactory Services

The only time they are in a hurry to contact you is when they want your business. I have been struggling almost from the beginning to contact them with queries. They hardly ever reacts on emails, when you try to call them you struggle to get a hold of the person you want to talk to. For weeks, every time I called them, the only thing you here is the mailbox is full. Their service sucks. It is difficult for me to answer phone calls before 14:00 and when they do call it is, you guessed it, before 14:00, even after I have informed them not to call before 14:00. I would advise everybody to rather make use of the services of a debt councellor in your own hometown.
