I have spoken to their agents numerous times who are unhelpful to say the least and sent them proof that my unit is being sold as they requested. To date nobody from their legal department has contacted me to assist in removing my home loan because i simply cannot afford it and ive sent this proof. I told them time and again that the legal repercussions dont mean much to me because you cannot draw blood from a stone. What else do they want me to do r
