UNHELPFUL

This is the hardest company to get hold of, I requested for my accounts to be removed from dept review but they only removed my personal loan and not my credit card and I can't have my dept hero also deducting from my account month end, i want to pay the bank as per normal and have nothing to do with my dept hero but it's so hard trying to get hold of the person that's handling my account , I'm not even sure if it's only 1 person, this is so stressful, everything was so easy when I joined but it feels impossible to get out of it.
