Unacceptable!!!!

I app**** on March 4 for Debt Review, not knowing the processes. The people never told me what was going to happen. The next thing I get told that I am under debt review. Now I get phoned daily by lawyers and harrassed by them and also I got a debit debit order from my creditors go off my account as if I never paid the money over to them. Can they do something about this and if so why am I feeling like the compnay is not doing their job properly.
