My DebtHero (Chantal Mans and Tamryn Christians) has failed to resolve my incorrect debt review status or procedure since March 2024 — think carefully before using their services. Over two years after my debt review application was formally rejected on 11 March 2024, my credit profile still incorrectly reflects that I am under debt review.

Based on my experience, I strongly caution others against using My DebtHero’s services. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to follow basic procedures has resulted in ongoing delays and unnecessary stress. This matter remains unresolved.
