They debited my account after I paid of all my debt and notified them.

I have notified them that I will be paying all my debts and did so. I also send proof of payment of all the accounts to Roxanne. I have received no confirmation from her that she received the emails as I asked from her. My debit order date is the 1st and today they debited my account. I have never gave them permission to debit my account on this date and as I paid everything in full and notified them, I did not expect them to debit my account at all this month.
