They are no hero

Please stay away from them! I wanted to enquire about reduced interest rates and next thing an unauthorised debt review application was made. Never at any point was I made aware that it was debt review or an application until a debit order mandate was sent to me. Everything happens in a space of minutes and under so much pressure to give out my information. I have been asking both Rebecca and Roxzane to cancel this as my creditors are handing over my accounts to lawyers. I have not been assisted but instead they keep leading me astray even more. The matter has been handed over to the NCR who have been very helpful and advised not to send any documents to these people. This has been the worst 2 weeks of my life!
