The worst people ever and making me super depressed

I wish there was an option for no star at all... Cause they deserve nothing. Since singning with them I have been under more stress and uncer*****y than ever before. My first amount went off end of April and up until I havent received any breakdown, as promised of the payments made to the creditors. I have NO idea of whose was paid what. It has been one lie after the other false information. They dont respond in fact I spoke to Pearl on the phone the one and raised a concern and was told that she would get back to me..... Nothing for the rest of the day but then the next day phoned me and started talking to me as if it was our first conversation ever. When I asked her why she did not come back to me the previous day she claimed to have never spoken to me before. I cant handle this stress anymore and is at a breaking point right now over this. I have to get this cancelled. I would rather get another job or 2 to pay the creditors on my own. I just cant go on like this, i really cant. The uncer*****y is making me so depressed and taking a serious health toll on me... Please I need to cancel otherwise
