The experience has been somewhat good

The experience has been somewhat good. It's my 1st time experience with debt review so I'm not 100percent sure about the process. I felt like it took long to negotiate with the creditors. I also had to pay more than what I had been assessed to pay but I guess the creditors weren't accepting the proposal. I'm happy that it was communicated with me before everything was changed. At inception I was promised a R200 voucher but did not receive it
