Terrible service

I have moved debt review companies form SA Debt help to My Debt Hero, because of poor service and now the I am actually getting worse service from the new company. They have already deducted money from my account and after lodging several complaints, phone calls, whatsapp messages, and email, no one has been able to talked to me.

I sit in meeting, most of the day, and have requested a specific time for them to contact me but even that is ignored. I am available from 16:30 in the afternoons to discuss my issues.

My biggest complaint is that no one has talked to me about my payment and how long I am going to pay-off my debt. I was supposed to be contacted for an introduction meeting and that also never happened.

I am unable to reach the company via a telephone call and is getting highly irritated about this whole process. I am determine to pay off my debt as my track record for the past 3 years is evidence of this, but I need a company that cater for my needs. If feel hopeless as no one is interested in sorting out this for me and where do I go as I feel I need to move companies again, but putting myself at risk for doing so.

Please can someone assist me in getting this resolved?
