Terrible Company to use for debt review

I transferred to My Debt Hero in June 2026 from Debt Busters. I dont know what My Debt Hero did because they did a new application and not a transfer. Debt Busters had obtained a Consent order with agreed amounts to be paid for all my accounts but I felt the amount I was paying was still to high. My Debt Hero assured me that they could reduce the amount even though I told them I had a consent order in place.

My Debt Hero did not pay my accounts for two months which caused all the accounts to go in arrears and I was getting calls from legal and the collections department from my creditors. My Debt Hero caused all the accounts to be terminated from debt review by the creditors due to the accounts being defaulted due to short payments. I had to make arrangements to pay the arrears for the accounts with the creditors and also pay my debt review instalment.

Instead of helping me My Debt Hero caused unneccesary stress. Davine Mitchell never returns calls and when you call to speak to her the receptionist Laylani Pietersen always says she's either on a call or having tea or on lunch.

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had and this Company has not helped me in any way. My accounts are still all terminated from debt review but I am still paying them for the service.
