Taking advantage of valnerable customers and making them sign documents very quickly

I got a call from their agent while I was heave on medication because I just had a miscarriage and I was valnerable the agent could hear me crying as we were having a conversation . She started telling me about their product and how they will help me. I ended up signing documents that I did not read. I was told to send my documents but as soon as I noticed that I was being placed under debt review I called them and told them to cancel. They told me that they can't do that even though I haven't gave them all my documents. Now I am under debt review my name is flagged because of that. They haven't debited any money in my account because I went to dispute the debit order. This hasn't even been a month its only a week and few days but they told me they can't remove my name regardless of me not wanting them to assist me.
