If you are considering DebtHero, save yourself the absolute nightmare and look elsewhere. My *** was terminated by Standard Bank due to non-payment, even though my debit order with DebtHero went off successfully on my side. This is entirely DebtHero's mistake for failing to uphold the agreement and distribute payments correctly.

To make matters worse, I am now sitting on day 8 of a strict 10-day period to get this reinstated while attorneys hound me. When I call for help, I am told every single time that the relevant person is "on another call," and my *** are ignored entirely. Even the person who onboarded me told me I could message him directly if issues arose, and he completely ghosts my messages.

Absolute zero accountability, terrible communication, and complete disregard for clients. Management needs to step up and fix this immediately.
