Start to the process was well done but slacking to the end with too many switches to other people/assistance

Start to the process was well done but slacking to the end with too many switches to other people/assistance. Documents that was supposed to be signed and sent back arrived late due to wrong email adress. Payments done to my creditors are on time and I receive my statement aswell stating on the break down of Payments made.
