Small mistake - Big Problems!

This company here has made a huge blunder and do not want to speedily rectify it! Another person (total stranger) requested to go under debt review and followed the application and was approved. Now, by some HUGE mistake, my wife's bank accounts are all frozen. My wife, who never even heard of this company now is stuck with a massive problem. The worst part is that this company are not resolving the problem as they should be and giving her the run-around. There will be an NCR complaint and or lawyers have been consulted to take action against this company.
