Short Payments From My Debt Hero

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from My Debt Hero. Despite trusting them to manage my debt review process, they allowed two of my accounts to fall into arrears due to short payments made to my creditors.

When I raised the issue, instead of taking accountability for the error, they claimed I was non-compliant — even though my payments were made as agreed. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to resolve their mistake has caused unnecessary stress and damage to my credit profile.

I expected professionalism and accuracy when entrusting them with my financial rehabilitation, but unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would caution others to monitor their creditor payments closely if considering using this company.
