Shocking!
All attempts to get someone to call me from My Debt Hero regarding an application that was done in error on my name goes in vain. Zero acknowledgement to emails as well. All my bank accounts are currently on hold and I need a cancelation letter from my debt hero to issue to my bank to unfreeze my accounts. These people at My Debt hero are most unprofessional and have zero compassion for people that need assistance desperately.

I need the cancelation documents that were sent to NCR as I was told it was sent yesterday and up till now they have received nothing! My life is literally at a standstill due to your *********** staff member named Divon Solomons. I need assistance now in clearing my name with this company!!!!
