Sad and Catastrophic
If there was an option for 1 star i would give this, after telling them about my initial experience with another debt councillor they promised to help me. ever since inception i have not had help, they have made things worse - i have been trying since Jan 2025 to get in touch with them to get transferred or removed as i am paying my debt on my own however they do not respond they just close the tickets all the time these people are supposed to be here to help us.. all they do is destroy us
