RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

The worst experience ever! I wanted a quote. Initially the guy was very nice and took all my information. When I said that he must email me the proposal so I can discuss with my family, he suddenly started becoming VERY PUSHY and condescending. He said that they are not an insurance company or Vodacom that I must review a proposal, he went on to say for what am I talking to my family as if they are going to pay for my debt! When I responded in kind, he hung up on me. He then watsapps me a few hours later as if the earlier shouting match never happened. A day later, another guy calls from the company, doesn't even want to listen to the recording from the previous day, and goes on to tell me what a prestigious company they are. I told him to LISTEN to the recording, he didn't want to. Instead he wasted a few minutes of my life by siding with the previous guy. I will not encourage anyone to go through this company. They are just RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
