Request for cancellation of DR
I Coceka Makwabasa have a query towards My Debt hero. I have approached you guys with regards to the cancellation of my DR however they are delaying the proces,they told me they will give me suspension letter however I had never skipped any payment I have cooperated with them from day go. Make sure you remove my name from DR on my profile ASAP,as I will publish you in every corner I can cause you are doing nothing but cause of depression, anxiety,and suicide that are happening out there. I need you to cancel my application with you.I have already spoke with NCR and credit ombudsman informed them of the cruel actions towards me. I need to be free as I know that iam not over indebted.i can handle my finances,I feel you are now taking advantage of vulnerable people of South Africa and I for one I will not be part of that.
It's over 3mnths now still My Debt hero has not yet removed the red flag on my name they say I must pay R5k to be removed,why is that because why they forced me to join I didn't pay a cent why now must I pay,? they have not even responding to anything that I write them.i have been paying my debts I don't understand why they still have not removed the flag on my name yet they said they have terminated the contract I must manage my debt...the NCR guidelines they are talking about iam fully aware of them none of this they are doing is stipulated on those guidelines
