Remove me from credit review

I've seen an advert in Facebook about this company where they claim that they are employed by Government and they will help the consumers to get out of debt by reducing their duration time of payments by paying for me a portion and interest of my debt, I put my Details for them to contact me for more information but when their representative called, he never gives me any chance to ask any questions actually he was furious with the fact that I asked questions, he kept on asking my details of me and my wife and thinking that I can miss an opportunity to reduce my debt I end up giving them my details and make me sign their contract and when I went to the bank, I find out that I was already signed under the debt review and when I asked them what does that mean to me, they say it means that, I can't get any financial aid to the bank or any where. This was not what I wanted, I am able to pay my debts very well and can see that but when I tell them that I want to cancel everything with them, they treated me by saying I am bound by my contract with them which to me shows that they know very well what they where doing from the first time, pushing me to the corner, first by presenting something that they know a person who is in my position will love to hear, knowing very well that there is no such thing as that and I find out that I am not the only one who fall for this trap, there is many of us and even at work there is a guy who also fall for this, I heard this from him, so what I want, I want them to take my name out of the credit review and I don't need them to interfere with me or my finances anywhere else.
