Removal of Debt review status

I was under debt review with this company, i paid off all my debts and sent them the proof of payments, they still havent removed my name from debt review, they take too long to respond o emails, the phone is always buzy, they told me that they have a backlog and they will respond, but its over 2months now and im still awaiting want to apply for a house, im currently renting with my kids, but i cant get a house because of this status.
