Put me under debt review without my permission

Made an enquiry for future reference incase my finances went south . I did not want to be placed under debt review, infact I didn't even complete the application or accept the debit order

They sent a link for me to sign and allow them to do a credit check on my profile ,

they then used this signature to forge the application documents and submit .Now my credit in under debt review . The consultant blocked my number on WhatsApp and none of them respond to my emails

They put me under debt review without a single identity document of mine
