Product sold without all the information being given - misleading

Signed on to debt relief but not all information was given. It was sold as an easy process to help me. I was not told that all my bank accounts would be frozen and I would have to open a new bank account immediately. I asked about credit and was told I would still be able to find a place to stay if needed (my credit score would not be affected).
