Poor to no after service

I have experienced poor service, but My Debt Hero is on another level.

The sales process was great and they promises to help. Once I was signed up, I discovered a few months in that stuff wasn't paid correctly. To make matters worse, around 90% of my creditors continue to contact me.

I have sent numerous emails and made several attempts to get assistance, but I receive little to no support. Communication is extremely poor, and resolving issues seems impossible.

I expected professional guidance and assistance, but instead I have been left frustrated and stressed. I'm still awaiting feedback from them and all I get is someone is working on it. I even sent an email to cancel and still I get the same response.

This is far the worse place to do business with, they have no after sales professionalism.
