POOR SERVICE

While agents are professional, nobody seems to be able to help me with my complaint. When asking to speak to a manager am always was told that nobody is available. Last debt review payment was made a month ago yet the funds have still not been distributed as per Consumer Friend. Nobody calling me back, no feedback, absolutely no assistance in helping me to be excluded from debt review. Very frustrated, next step will be lodging a complaint with the NCR 😡
